Salary: $200,000–$287,500

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end for hirify.global Cortex products, building agentic workflows, NL-to-SQL on semantic layers, and search capabilities.
• Engineer enterprise-grade context, including function calling, tool schemas, guardrails, semantic model-aware prompting for SQL, and verification/repair.
• Design and implement robust evaluation systems, creating golden sets, rubrics, and metrics to analyze errors and optimize models.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to translate customer problems into AI products and productionize improvements.
• Lead a team of engineers towards building great AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience shipping AI features in production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s or higher degree.
• Experience working with text2sql, data modeling, data analysis, retrieval systems, and semantic layers.
