What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of Partner Solution Engineers.
- Mentor Partner Solution Engineers (PSEs) to help System Integrators (SIs) build robust hirify.global practices and Centers of Excellence.
- Drive technical wins by guiding SIs from initial concept to successful, high-consumption implementations.
- Influence Total Annual Contract Value (TACV) and Consumption growth through optimized partner-led architectures.
- Partner with Alliances and Sales Leadership to align technical resources with regional revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and architectural discussions at events and executive roundtables.
Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, with 4+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record in driving TACV and Consumption targets within a partner-led sales ecosystem.
- Strategic experience in building Partner Practices, including Centers of Excellence (CoE) and joint GTM offerings.
- Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, GenAI/Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, or SaaS Solutions.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL-based database ecosystems.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
