Channel Operations Manager (Enterprise Software)

Channel Operations Manager (Enterprise Software): Supports the Go-To-Market strategy and partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth deal flow from partner and sales engagement through to booking, with an accent on real-time deal execution, resolving blockers, and optimizing underlying systems and processes. Focus on documenting standard operating procedures, streamlining quote-to-cash workflows, and enhancing CRM/PRM/CPQ tools.

What you will do
- Provide real-time channel operations support to partner and sales managers for quick and accurate deal processing.
- Serve as the first point of contact for channel deal desk and quote-to-cash related inquiries.
- Review deal documentation for compliance with policies, commercial terms, and partner programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure smooth deal execution and bookings.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and visual flows to improve visibility and consistency.
- Collaborate with systems and IT stakeholders to enhance CRM/PRM/CPQ and contracting tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or channel operations in high-growth enterprise software.
- Proven ability to manage deal flow from quote through booking with strong attention to detail and policy compliance.
- Demonstrated experience documenting processes, writing SOPs, and mapping workflows in tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
- Solid understanding of CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, RevOps).
- English: B2 required
- Location: Must be based in Costa Rica
