Manager, AI & Agentic Workflows (AI): Leading the design, deployment, and optimization of autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex, end-to-end workflows across Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. Salary: CAD $116,000 – $145,000 base salary, plus equity.

What you will do
- Lead the AI & agentic stack roadmap, shipping agents that act, learn, and resolve complex workflows independently.
- Design, deploy, and iterate on multi-agent systems for commercial tasks like customer segmentation, lead qualification, and sales process alerts.
- Develop deep, bi-directional integrations between AI agents and core tools (Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Braze).
- Develop and iterate on sophisticated system prompts for accurate, brand-compliant, and data-grounded agent outputs.
- Design "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) protocols for seamless hand-off to human experts.
- Establish KPIs for AI agents and continuously optimize for cost and latency.
- Implement guardrails for ethical operation and data privacy of AI agents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process re-design, business transformation, or workflow optimization.
- Strong experience with Python and AI orchestration libraries, with deep understanding of LLM APIs.
- Ability to map manual human processes into automated sequences of tool calls and reasoning steps.
- Understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, sales processes, and customer journey maps.
- Demonstrated track record managing ambiguity and driving impact in evolving environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
