Salary: $186,065–$218,900 USD

What you will do

• Design and build core services and interfaces for natural-language driven hirify.global product workflows.
• Implement risk and compliance guardrails directly into execution paths.
• Collaborate with product teams to externalize features via AI-native experiences, ensuring consistency.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex fullstack issues, ensuring stability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in both backend and frontend software development.
• Experience in Go and Typescript.
• Experience in React/React Native.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Must be able to work from the US, as indicated by US-specific benefits and legal mentions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial services, crypto, or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience operating in startups, building products 0-1, and high agency / ownership.
• Experience with financially regulated products.
• Experience in applied AI (Foundational Models, Agents, RAG).
