Position Summary We are seeking a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to support enterprise analytics initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, parts profitability, and vehicle ownership experience. This role blends data engineering, analytics modeling, and visualization development across large-scale automotive service and parts datasets.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, data pipelines, and statistical analytics , with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Build Power BI dashboards supporting field operations and business leadership
• Translate large datasets into clear business insights and performance metrics

Big Data & Analytics Modeling

• Analyze large datasets including telematics, warranty, repair orders, parts sales, and service data
• Develop predictive models to support marketing optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain data pipelines sourcing from AWS Redshift and enterprise systems
• Support data modeling, transformation, and analytics data preparation

Business Collaboration

• Support analytics requests across business units
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years experience in statistical analytics, market research, or analytics engineering
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, SAS, SQL, Python, or Business Objects
• Experience building and supporting data pipelines
• Strong experience in data presentation and analytics storytelling
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills

Desired Skills

• Automotive or manufacturing domain exposure
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
