What you will do

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for hirify.global’s Web3 ecosystem, from conception to launch and beyond.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into a tangible, prioritized product roadmap.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure products.
• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive offerings.
• Act as a key liaison, effectively communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion spent in the Web3, crypto, or fintech space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts) and major public chain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with non-custodial wallet infrastructure (EOA, MPC, AA), cross-chain protocols, and DeFi concepts.
• Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams on complex challenges.
• Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric products.
