What you will do

• Design user interfaces for web applications, ranging from individual components to full page layouts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Produce graphic assets and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Design polished UI designs with attention to typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Work within established design systems while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, including interaction states, micro-animations, and visual feedback for user actions.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a UI-focused approach.
• Proven ability to work within established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Portfolio demonstrating polished UI execution and strong visual design skills.
• Experience designing for web-based applications and responsive layouts.

Nice to have

• Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/Astro).
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards or Conversion Rate Optimization techniques.
