We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead – Trading Contracts to join our London office and lead the day-to-day execution of physical oil trading contracts!

This role combines hands-on contract expertise with people leadership, acting as a key operational partner to the Trading Front Office.

It supports complex deal structures, manages contractual escalations, and works closely with Trading, Legal, Risk, and Operations to deliver high service levels in a fast-paced trading environment.
