What you will do

• Oversee middleware platform operations, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of middleware services.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities for middleware platforms.
• Drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on platform improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with middleware platforms (e.g. Expertise with MS IIS, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Tomcat, Apache administration, patching, and configuration.).
• Proven background in operations and service management.
• Experience leading technical teams or acting as an operational lead.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, Shell).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
