• Utilize CRM, listening, and publishing tools for community engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in customer service in games, media, digital products or related field.
• Experience moderating forum discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an online gaming environment.
• Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools as well as listening and publishing tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in the Makati office.
