What you will do

• Build and own a structured internal communications system, defining channels, rules, and ownership.
• Craft and deliver key messages tailored to specific internal audiences.
• Drive cross-team alignment through demo days, rituals, a shared calendar, and a visible roadmap.
• Embed culture into daily work within a hybrid (office + remote) environment.
• Shape the office as a connection hub through events, spaces, and cultural elements.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives for both office and remote employees.
• Measure and continuously improve communication effectiveness using data like engagement, eNPS, and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Communications, Culture, or Employee Experience, preferably in fast-growing tech/fintech.
• Strong systems thinking to design and scale structured communication frameworks.
• Experience building and managing internal communication channels (Slack, intranet, all-hands).
• Ability to translate strategy, priorities, and culture into clear, actionable messages for diverse internal audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, People/Culture teams, and managers.
• Strong understanding of hybrid work environments and communication's impact on alignment and engagement.
• Data-aware mindset to track and improve communication effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of ownership and accountability for internal communications.
• Startup mentality, comfortable building systems from scratch and prioritizing impact in a scaling environment.
