What you will do

• Lead and coordinate QA activities across manual and automation teams, ensuring alignment with release schedules and product priorities.
• Participate hands-on (approx. 30%) in automation scripting, test framework development, and code reviews.
• Manage release readiness, overseeing test planning, validation, and sign-off for multiple weekly releases.
• Design, document, and execute test cases covering UI, API, and database layers.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Playwright, and implement mobile app automation with Appium.
• Integrate testing workflows with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA roles, including leadership or senior-level experience managing small to medium teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation (Java background acceptable if willing to transition to Python).
• Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Appium for automation of web and native mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of test methodologies, including API, UI, performance, and database testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Good knowledge of SQL and a basic understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
