Programmatic Specialist: Managing and developing programmatic advertising activities across display, video, and emerging channels like CTV and audio with an accent on data, audiences and media buying. Focus on building full-funnel strategies and making sure programmatic becomes a strong contributor to overall business results.

Location: Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work in Vienna, Austria, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.

What you will do

• Plan, set up, and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform or similar).
• Develop audience strategies using first-party, third-party, and contextual data.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance, viewability, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Identify and test new inventory, formats, and buying strategies.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support cross-channel planning together with paid social and search teams and manage external partners when needed.

Requirements

• Experience running programmatic campaigns hands-on, with a strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic deal types.
• Confidence working with data and performance KPIs, with great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Understanding of tracking, attribution, and privacy changes.
• Structured and analytical way of working and comfortable explaining complex topics to non-specialists.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect easily with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
