TL;DR

QA Automation (Java): Designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications with an accent on BDD frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration. Focus on developing scalable test automation frameworks and ensuring quality for high-traffic applications.

Location: Working from the office in Kraków is required (a few times a week). Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Salary: 15,000–22,000 PLN net + VAT

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
• Develop and scale test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API services.
• Perform API testing and automation using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Write and manage clear test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure traceability and coverage.
• Execute manual and automated test cases; report, track, and manage defects using Jira.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines with Git, Gradle/Maven, and Jenkins.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in functional requirement gathering and Selenium automation using BDD approach.
• At least 4+ years of experience working with Cucumber and 4+ years in API automation using tools such as Karate and Rest Assured.
• 6+ years of strong experience in Core Java.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Git for version control.
• At least 1+ year of experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle and 1+ year with CI/CD pipelines, specifically using Jenkins.
• 2+ years of experience with Postman for API testing and 2+ years in database testing.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
