QA Automation Engineer

TL;DR

QA Automation Engineer (Java/Selenium): Build, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for gaming software solutions with an accent on UI/API testing, mocks, and CI/CD integration. Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated tests using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven for UI and API layers.
• Convert manual test cases into automated scripts and ensure functional/regression coverage.
• Develop mocks for testing distributed systems and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, report bugs with reproduction steps, and work with data sources like APIs and databases.
• Collaborate on QA processes, tools, and strategy; mentor other QA engineers.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in test automation, 3+ years Java; built test frameworks from scratch.
• Proficient in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven; REST APIs (Rest Assured plus).
• Understanding of client-server architecture, OOP patterns, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git.
• Ability to interpret requirements, create test cases, use mocks/simulators.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, technical leadership in QA.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebSocket, event-based testing, gaming servers, reactive architectures.
