Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

What you will do

• Translate commercial sales logic into technical data requirements for the engineering team.
• Build data models using BigQuery and dbt to aggregate internal data and external API sources.
• Integrate diverse third-party databases to provide deep context on prospects.
• Structure modeled data to feed the internal AI Co-pilot and Salesforce UI, providing intelligence to the sales floor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and BigQuery.
• Understanding of how businesses operate and how to identify data points that impact sales.
• Ability to explain technical constraints to Sales Directors and commercial goals to Data Engineers.
• Problem-solving focus on making data useful in high-stakes commercial environments.
