Data Associate

TL;DR

Data Associate: Overseeing and gathering vital operational and informative data, focusing on understanding, analyzing, organizing, completing, and storing data. Focus on ensuring high data quality, assisting commercial teams with fund mappings, and liaising with Asset Management clients.

Location: Hybrid position based in Poland (Gdansk - Olivia Business Centre or Home Office)

What you will do

• Collect and monitor quality data, including static data, yield figures, portfolio data, and regulatory documents.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high data standards are consistently met.
• Represent the company professionally and liaise with Asset Management and platform clients via phone and writing.
• Process requests associated with Digital products that utilize hirify.global data.
• Report technical incidents, data discrepancies, and client data problems to stakeholders.
• Assist the commercial team with fund mappings and provide detailed insights on coverage checks.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Experience with Excel, including macros.
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity about data and the market/industry.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and suggestions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate data trends and ideas to Senior Management.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and providers over the phone when necessary.
