What you will do

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for campaign optimization with ML-powered bidding and intelligent automation.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve campaign ROAS, efficiency, and adaptability across channels.
• Define hirify.global's AI strategy for optimization, exploring how emerging AI capabilities can unlock performance opportunities.
• Partner with customers, Data Science, and Engineering to translate advertiser challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Evolve bidding algorithms, pacing systems, and automation capabilities to differentiate hirify.global.
• Achieve cross-functional alignment on optimization priorities, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with proven ability to make smart tradeoffs, prioritize, and deliver results.
• Deep knowledge of campaign optimization, bid management, and programmatic advertising.
• Comfortable discussing ML models, bid optimization algorithms, experimentation frameworks, and system architecture with data scientists and engineers.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical rigor.
• Strategic thinker who understands industry trends and how to balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts, build alignment, and influence stakeholders.
