What you will do

• Define product requirements for AI features and products.
• Gather user insights and own the creation of PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support vendor tool assessment and maintain the AI product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams.
• Assist in data collection, evaluation, and tracking basic AI performance metrics.
• Support compliance with responsible AI principles such as fairness, transparency, and data privacy.

Requirements

• Foundational AI knowledge, including machine learning concepts.
• Proven ability in product delivery, synthesizing user insights, and managing launch readiness.
• Analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics and coordinating bug triage for model outputs.
• Capability to evaluate third-party tools against business requirements.
