What you will do

• Build end-to-end test strategies for complex, front-to-back workflows.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, Engineering and Operations to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define test roadmaps and metrics/KPIs to continuously improve them.
• Prioritize testing based on risk and leverage data to drive coverage decisions.
• Build automation into nightly/regression suites using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps).
• Translate technical test results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience, including hands-on work in both manual and automated frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber).
• Hands-on experience with legacy mainframe systems.
• Expert in Playwright for UI automation and Insomnia for API testing.
• Familiarity with modern test management platforms (TestRail, qTest) and defect-tracking tools (JIRA).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive in surfacing risks early and driving cross-team alignment on scope, timelines and acceptance criteria.
