What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams to understand needs and support the adoption of platform standards.
• Drive harmonization of DevOps practices, tooling, and workflows across engineering teams.
• Build and maintain shared platform components, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
• Support teams in deploying and operating services on AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, and cloud-native technologies.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Develop automation and tooling with Python and Bash to optimize developer workflows.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitOps principles.
• Proficiency with GIT and branching strategies.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms (IDP).
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
