What you will do

  • Develop and implement automated tools and scripts.
  • Thoroughly test developed products and support technical standards.
  • Analyze user specifications and identify process improvements.
  • Adhere to best practices for software design, retention, documentation, and deployment strategies.
  • Work with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve customer technology issues.
  • Gather and document business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, analyst, or developer roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and/or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification required.
  • Proficient with scripting, object-oriented programming, data serialization languages (YAML / JSON), REST, and basic version control (code promotion workflows).
  • Knowledge of application development, primary automation domain, continuous integration/delivery, event-driven architectures, AI/AIOps, and Machine Learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of .NET Core C#, SQL, Power Platform, or GCP.
  • Skilled in agile and lean methodologies, Six-Sigma practices.
