What you will do

• Support Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity for large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Shape technical sales motions, best practices, and regional go-to-market strategy as a founding SE in the Middle East.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical messaging that differentiates hirify.global from legacy and competitive solutions.
• Own and manage technical evaluations and POCs to successful completion.
• Enable, train, and support channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback on feature capabilities, gaps, and regional requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role supporting complex enterprise pre-sales in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with data protection technologies, including DLP, Insider Risk Management (IRM), DSPM, and/or CASB.
• Strong experience working with endpoint-based solutions, including agent deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience enabling and supporting channel partners through training, demos, and technical deal support.
• Comfortable operating in a founding or early-market environment with evolving processes and high ownership.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French proficiency strongly preferred.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or able to work primarily across the Middle East region
