What you will do

  • Lead a team to accelerate business growth through collaboration with internal teams and partners, supporting the region in meeting revenue targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with strategic partners at the executive level.
  • Oversee the business and enablement plans for all partners in North Asia.
  • Drive achievable business plans to increase sales revenue of hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for joint sales development campaigns focused on new business and portfolio expansion.
  • Ensure partner sales teams are knowledgeable on current messaging across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Ideally 10+ years in enterprise channel sales with a consistent sales track record through effective partner relationships.
  • Experience with SaaS, IAM, or Cybersecurity solution sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading a small team, including hiring, developing, and coaching for success.
  • Strong understanding of the partner network within the North Asia region and key partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • University degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
