What you will do
- Lead a team to accelerate business growth through collaboration with internal teams and partners, supporting the region in meeting revenue targets.
- Establish strong relationships with strategic partners at the executive level.
- Oversee the business and enablement plans for all partners in North Asia.
- Drive achievable business plans to increase sales revenue of hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for joint sales development campaigns focused on new business and portfolio expansion.
- Ensure partner sales teams are knowledgeable on current messaging across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Ideally 10+ years in enterprise channel sales with a consistent sales track record through effective partner relationships.
- Experience with SaaS, IAM, or Cybersecurity solution sales is highly preferred.
- Experience leading a small team, including hiring, developing, and coaching for success.
- Strong understanding of the partner network within the North Asia region and key partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- University degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
