Location: Remote. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $148,600.00 - $237,400.00 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and execute long-term customer strategies.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., clustering, propensity modeling, causal inference) to understand customer behavior.
• Build compelling data stories and visualizations to influence decision-makers.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B experiments to drive product improvements.
• Identify, track, and report on business-critical metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to enhance data science infrastructure, including ETLs, dashboards, and experimentation platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist working with large, complex datasets (e.g., clickstream data).
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, measurement methods, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Mastery of SQL, Excel, and either Python or R.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Databricks.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Keen understanding and experience with online products.
