What you will do

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, supporting company-wide messaging, leadership narratives, and key themes.
• Drive consistency and continuity across Executive Leadership Team (ELT) communications, including All Hands and executive meetings.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executives on messaging tone, structure, and audience segmentation for organizational impact.
• Partner closely with Global PR to align internal executive messaging with external narratives and marketing positioning.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications peers on major announcements, crisis response, and company-wide messaging frameworks.
• Own company intranet strategy and governance, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with executive messaging.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting C-level or Executive Leadership Team communications.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders with discretion and political awareness.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across various formats.
• Experience partnering with PR, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders in high-growth or complex organizations.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or global organizations, with experience navigating change or sensitive communications.
