Focus on designing for trust and reliability in agentic insight delivery, integrating qualitative research with product telemetry, and accelerating research and design team velocity through automation.

What you will do

  • Conduct multimodal (qualitative and quantitative) analysis to inform product and design decisions, partnering with Product Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers.
  • Utilize LLMs to structure qualitative data and build tools/dashboards for data-informed decision-making.
  • Develop and iterate on a User Insight Agent to support daily product decisions, ensuring transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Create automations and agents to streamline Research and Design team operations, improving efficiency in recruiting, study operations, synthesis workflows, and knowledge management.
  • Alpha-test hirify.global's Agentic platform and Enterprise MCP capabilities, providing concrete feedback to Product/Design teams.

Requirements

  • Strong AI use encouraged, with rigor on correctness, privacy, and safety.
  • Modern analytics skillset: strong SQL, data wrangling, and comfort in translating messy questions into clean analysis.
  • Excitement to analyze and structure qualitative data (transcripts, notes, open-ended feedback) alongside quantitative signals.
  • Familiarity with LLM and agentic systems fundamentals (prompting, structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, and basic evaluation/guardrails).
  • Builder mindset to ship usable prototypes, automations, scripts, and lightweight internal tools.
  • Product sense to articulate tradeoffs, propose practical workflows, and align outputs to stakeholder decisions.
  • Clear communication to make complex findings and systems legible through crisp writing, visualizations, docs, and demos.
  • Eligibility: Graduating senior with a relevant BS/MS degree (CS, Data Science, HCI, Design Engineering, or related), or junior candidates with <2 years of experience and strong relevant projects.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agent frameworks; observability/eval tooling for LLM systems.
  • Experience joining qualitative research artifacts with product telemetry in a principled way.
  • Background in experiment design, causal thinking, or measurement strategy.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment or with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to build lightweight UIs (e.g., TypeScript/React) for internal tools.
  • Reliability mindset (testing, monitoring, safe iteration) for data/LLM workflows.
