What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional owner of the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Ensure the system reliably supports core business operations for the finance organization.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within NetSuite.
• Support and reinforce standardized NetSuite processes across departments.
• Document approved NetSuite workflows, configurations, and system usage standards.
• Support company initiatives that require NetSuite alignment (e.g., acquisitions, new revenue streams).

Requirements

• Work onsite in New York, New York, United States.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and/or NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer.
• 5+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant, partnering with finance teams to design, configure, and optimize NetSuite environments for scale.
• Supported NetSuite system implementation projects, helping finance organizations transition from implementation through stabilization and growth.
• Comfortable owning NetSuite end-to-end — from configuration and workflows to reporting, integrations, and optimization.
