What you will do

• Create attention-grabbing, platform-native content, posts, and series for TikTok and Meta.
• Translate brand and product narratives into creative executions for each social platform.
• Identify and leverage emerging cultural and platform trends to keep content timely and relevant.
• Develop ideas with strong visual storytelling, balancing clarity and cultural resonance.
• Experiment with formats, video lengths, and styles to optimize performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal creatives, copywriters, and production teams for flawless execution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Creative who thrives in fast-moving social feeds.
• Strong visual instincts and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
• Ability to craft content native to each platform while staying true to brand.
• Proficiency in identifying and leveraging platform trends, formats, and behaviors.
• English: B2 required (main language).
• Location: Must be based in Austria or Germany.
