IT Process & Operations Specialist (ITIL/ITSM): Defining and maintaining standardized IT processes, managing software licenses, and overseeing vendor relationships with an accent on compliance and operational efficiency. What you will do
- Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes.
- Manage software license compliance and strategic supplier relationships.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
- Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact.
- Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
- Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems.
- Experience coordinating with multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
- Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps.
