What you will do

• Evolve and own operational processes across the BT Business Sales IT estate to support sales motions for multiple channels.
• Act as a lead technical consultant for operational incidents impacting BT Business Sales teams, collaborating with other platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of FTE software professionals and apprentices.
• Be the technical leader across one or more squads comprised of FTE and partner resources.
• Act as a lead operational salesforce technical consultant facing into other functions such as business operations.

Requirements

• Technical leadership and people management experience.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Admin and understanding of its license model.
• Proficiency in large scale CI/CD and Test Automation.
• Expert knowledge of change management and ability to execute security policies on SaaS applications.
• Strong analytical skills for solving operational problems like data quality and interface failure.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps in a SaaS environment.
• Expert knowledge of relevant IT and Network technologies and architecture.
