What you will do

• Conduct onboarding reviews in line with current policy to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Analyze customer relationships, documentation, activity patterns, and transactions for potential suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory standards, and internal processes.
• Identify clients posing higher risk due to red flags or high-risk triggers.
• Resolve day-to-day issues arising during the CDD process and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Manage caseloads throughout the end-to-end process in a timely manner and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Proven experience in a KYC role, specifically in business client onboarding processes.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• Articulate in both written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of desktop-based office software such as MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Google Suite.
• Ability to work successfully in a target-driven operational environment.
