What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for entities across the EMEA region.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings related to AP, including account reconciliations and AP aging analysis.
- Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment terms.
- Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Support the development of internal AP reports, ad hoc analysis, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of German, Italian, or French.
