What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for entities across the EMEA region.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings related to AP, including account reconciliations and AP aging analysis.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment terms.
• Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support the development of internal AP reports, ad hoc analysis, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German, Italian, or French.
