What you will do

• Oversee daily AR operations including cash receipts, collections, forecasting, and aging management
• Improve AR processes and controls using automation and systematic tools
• Support credit checks and manage high-risk accounts
• Analyze AR data to identify risks and support leadership decisions
• Supervise and mentor AR team members with goals and targets
• Coordinate with sales for dispute resolution and collection strategies

Requirements

• Must be located in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• 5+ years AR experience including 1–2 years in a lead role
• Experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
