What you will do

• Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements in specific product areas.
• Identify client and team friction, propose and build solutions using AI automations and tools.
• Decide priorities, translate problems into shipped improvements without predefined tasks.
• Investigate product behavior, debug issues, and test ideas with AI and internal tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship changes and engage clients to validate solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or running AI-powered workflows, automations, or systems in product/SaaS, or strong transferable skills with fast learning.
• Product judgement to prioritize balancing user needs, tech constraints, and speed.
• End-to-end ownership: identify issues, prototype, ship with developers.
• Genuine interest in AI for building/automating workflows, not just brainstorming.
• Comfort with prompts, tools, data, investigations; strong communication; high ownership.
• Reliable internet for remote work from South Africa.
