Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test plans, and technical requirements.
• Proven experience with outsourcing and managing vendor relationships.
• Background in software engineering, ideally with QA or software development experience (video game industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex technical issues clearly.
• Experience in managing multiple teams and coaching managers.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and business strategy skills.
