About the Role:
A fast-growing digital marketing team is looking for a CMO to lead sweepstake projects. The role focuses on developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies for Tier 1 markets, with a primary focus on the USA.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, affiliate campaigns, and paid traffic, and be able to manage a team while driving ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies for sweepstake projects
- Manage marketing channels, including paid campaigns, email, push notifications, and affiliate programs
- Optimize campaigns to attract high-quality traffic and maximize ROI
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
- Lead and manage the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with external partners and contractors
- Build and execute marketing strategies specifically for USA GEO and other Tier 1 markets

Requirements:
- Proven experience with USA GEO and understanding of the American market
- Fluent English for communication with partners and team
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, paid traffic, and affiliate marketing
- Experience managing teams and marketing budgets
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data and KPIs
