We are looking for a Lead Unreal & C++ Engineer with extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine game development. This role is suited for a hands-on technical leader who is passionate about building high-quality games, mentoring teams, and shaping technical strategy across multiple projects.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Collaborate with multiple team members and disciplines simultaneously
• Support the project lead in all technical decision-making
• Help producers plan ahead, identify non-visible requirements, and mitigate technical risks
• Write high-quality, production-ready C++ and Blueprint code
• Work hands-on across several projects at the same time
• Communicate with new and existing clients
• Define and evolve company strategy for the Unreal and C++ department
• Support developers and technical artists in their day-to-day tasks
• Perform code reviews and ensure technical excellence
📚 Required Skills
• 8+ years of professional experience in game development
• 5+ years of professional experience as an Unreal Engine developer
• Excellent knowledge of modern Unreal C++ and Blueprints
• Proven experience leading multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of AI, animation, gameplay programming, and multiplayer systems in Unreal
• Experience delivering multiple shipped titles, including at least one AAA game
• Strong mentoring skills for junior, middle, and senior developers
• Ability to conduct structured and constructive code reviews
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Previous experience in a Lead Developer role
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Plastic SCM
• Passion for video games

• Experience working with custom C++ engines
• Strong background in multiplayer systems, replication, core engine work, or VR technologies
• Solid technical education such as Computer Science or Mathematics
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle
