What you will do

• Perform deep-dive log queries and analyze monitoring alerts for telematics flows.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate incident investigation and anomaly detection.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve monitoring and alerting strategies across systems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customer issues, translating findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with MNO partners to resolve connectivity-specific issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 2nd line support, Product Owner, or Architect role for Telematics or Connected Car platforms.
• Expert-level ability to query and interpret logs using tools such as ELK, Loki, GCP Cloud Logging, or Splunk.
• Proficiency in SQL and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP environments and their respective monitoring suites.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI or automation to operations and incident management.
• Exceptional verbal and written English.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of MNO connectivity (cellular networks, SIM life cycle).
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
