Configuration Manager (MedTech)

TL;DR

Configuration Manager (MedTech): Owns and improves configuration management processes for requirements and test management setup with an accent on versioning, change control, traceability, and compliance. Focus on automating tasks, ensuring system integrity, consistency, and controlled evolution in a medical technology environment.

Location: This position is based in Solna, Stockholm and offers a hybrid setup with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.

What you will do

• Serve as the owner of configuration management processes, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure remain consistent, secure, and compliant.
• Manage and control configuration changes, including review, approval, tracking, and rollback procedures.
• Automate configuration management tasks using approved tools and scripts to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as teams within the R&D organization, regulatory department, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years' experience of configuration management within different tools, such as IBM Jazz, Jira.
• Experience in working with basic Linux, REST API, VB-script, Pearl, Java Script.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience from regulated environments (e.g. medical devices).
• Experience with ClearQuest, ClearCase, Gitlab.
