Senior Solutions Consultant (AI): Working with clients on short-to-medium term customer engagements to address big data challenges using the platform, providing data engineering, data science, and cloud technology expertise with an accent on integrating with client systems, training, and technical tasks to extract maximum value from data. Focus on building reference architectures, production-grade MVPs, and guiding strategic customers through transformational big data and AI application implementations.
Location: Based in Singapore with 20-30% travel to customer sites.

What you will do
- Work on impactful customer technical projects, including building reference architectures, how-to's, and production-grade MVPs.
- Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data and AI applications, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
- Consult on architecture and design, and implement strategic customer projects for successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of .
- Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams, Project Managers, Architects, and customer teams to ensure technical component delivery.
- Work with Engineering and Customer Support to provide product feedback and guide rapid resolution for engagement-specific issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes in a customer-facing, technical architecture, or consulting role.
- Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala.
- Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
- Documentation and white-boarding skills.
- Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
- Ability to build skills in technical areas supporting the deployment and integration of -based solutions.
