We are building a fast-paced cooperative game focused on physics chaos, short gameplay runs, and time-travel mechanics. We are looking for a senior Unreal Engine 5 Multiplayer Developer to help bring a core playable demo online within approximately three months. This is a production-focused role in a small, fast-moving team with potential for contract extension.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Develop player movement, interaction, and inventory systems
• Implement networked physics and collision systems with strong replication focus
• Build the core gameplay loop including collect, recycle, and quota mechanics
• Develop time-travel and crafting systems
• Implement basic AI and procedural environments
• Integrate Steam features and prepare a playable demo build
• Optimize performance and fix bugs across multiplayer systems

📚 Required Skills
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and Blueprints
• Solid multiplayer and replication experience
• Hands-on experience with physics-based gameplay systems
• Ability to work fast and independently in a small team environment
• Experience delivering playable builds under tight timelines

👍 Nice to Have
• Prior experience shipping or demoing multiplayer games
• Familiarity with Steam integration workflows
