What you will do

• Drive development across game products and tools, including engine features, performance/graphics enhancements, editor tools, and build pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality implementations for product features and improvements.
• Lead the engineering team to solve the most challenging technical problems.
• Identify key areas of improvement for products and collaborate with team members to implement them.
• Advocate for engineering best practices/workflows and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of working experience with C++ or C#.
• Proficient in game engine development, performance analysis/optimizations, or game graphics.
• Good understanding of engineering best practices.
• Passionate about games and game development technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
