What you will do

• Lead AEM development as a technical lead, driving experience innovation.
• Build frontends and experiences with Edge Delivery Services and modern AEM authoring tooling.
• Create Sling Servlets and OSGi Services, including content imports.
• Manage AEM assets and user access, including ACL configurations.
• Implement frontend and backend unit tests.
• Consume third-party APIs to enhance digital solutions.

Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience in AEM development as a technical lead.
• Knowledge of Agile principles (scrum, backlog, sprint, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in modern software development and Git.
• Hands-on experience building frontends with Edge Delivery Services and modern AEM authoring tooling (Document Authoring or Universal Editor).
• Experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments, ideally with GraphQL.
• Experience in creating Sling Servlets, OSGi Services, and content imports.
• Experience in AEM asset management and consuming third-party APIs.
• Hands-on or exposure to AEM Cloud Service and AEM Cloud Manager setups.
• Knowledge of user access management, ACL configurations, and Workflows.
• Experience in frontend development (Javascript, CSS, HTML).
• English: Upper-intermediate level required.

• AEM Developer certification and other related certifications.
• Experience with AEM Assets and broader Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront).
