What you will do

• Lead development teams and deliver mission-critical applications in banking or financial services.
• Design, code, and conduct technical reviews across backend and frontend stacks.
• Build modular, reusable components and full-stack applications.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and understand Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Support security reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance alignment during development.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts to ensure delivery alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution development, and technical leadership.
• Expertise in backend technologies: Java.
• Strong working knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js, Angular, Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS for application development and deployment.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.
