What you will do

• Lead development teams and drive technical excellence.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts.
• Design and develop modular, reusable components and full-stack applications.
• Support intelligent features and collaborate with data science teams.
• Ensure compliance alignment during development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution development, and technical leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering mission-critical applications in banking or financial services.
• Expertise in backend technologies (Java) and frontend technologies (React).
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS for application development and deployment.
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Working knowledge of security principles, secure coding practices, and data protection standards.
