UX Designer

What you will do

• Collaborate and lead product initiatives in partnership with a Product Manager and Tech Lead on a cross-functional team.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback to launch new products and services.
• Design elegant flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience with end-to-end product design and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with strong ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Experience shipping product (preferably SaaS).
• Have cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS).
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping complex solutions in Figma.
• Data-driven research, user and usability testing skills.

Nice to have

• Front-end engineering experience is a plus.
