What you will do

• Apply human-centered design principles to develop effective, user-friendly experiences.
• Design user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android).
• Create prototypes and iterate based on user feedback.
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Synthesize and apply user research findings throughout the design process.
• Deliver high-fidelity design solutions consistent with mature Design Systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human-Centered Design, Product Design, or UX Design.
• 4+ years of experience designing for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android).
• 4+ years of experience in collaboration and facilitation within high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout.
• Experience working within a mature Design System.
• Must be able to work on a W2 basis in the US.
