What you will do

• Own design end-to-end for features across multiple product areas, from concept exploration to detailed specs.
• Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows, making powerful capabilities approachable.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and shape solutions.
• Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, communicating interaction details.
• Collaborate with researchers to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Thoughtfully incorporate AI-assisted capabilities into features, leveraging automation intelligence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex domains.
• A portfolio demonstrating how complex problems were tackled, especially involving workflows, data pipelines, or technical configurations.
• Technical fluency, comfortable with concepts like data transformations, API configurations, and automation logic.
• Strong interaction design instincts, thinking in flows, states, and edge cases.
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
