What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestration Builder, EIB, PECI, and APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for stability and performance.
• Develop scalable solutions for HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and third-party vendor systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Lead end-to-end integration work for new functionality, enhancements, and system releases, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Partner with HR COEs, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Workday integration experience, including hands-on development.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, Orchestration Builder, EIB (inbound/outbound), PECI, and Workday Web Services.
• Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues and collaborating with technical and functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal guidance.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Mindelo, Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or HR.
• Workday certifications.
• Experience supporting large, global organizations.
• Familiarity with Azure, middleware tools, or SFTP automation.
